Background
The school was established in 2006 in memory of the late Ludovick Kasumba who was an educationist and exemplary teacher in Mubende District. The late Kasumba served as a teacher and Headmaster for more than 30 years between 1951 and 1985 in various schools in the District. Some of the schools he taught include Katente Primary School, Kakindu Primary School, and St Mary’s Primary School. The late Kasumba was a professional teacher who dedicated himself in ensuring that all children get the best education.
The Pre-Primary/Nursery Section of the school provide a firm foundation for the cognitive development of children between the age of four and six years. The first years of any child are the most important in the development of the brains, as it is these years that differentiate the extent a child will be successful in future. The school is on a four (4) hectares land with dormitories, classrooms and staff housing. There is also a playground and school gardens.
VISION:
A school with a difference.
